    The Many Deaths of Heimskr

Me too - just before, I realized what it would mean if I killed him in that state - I would get away with no bounty or anything - and I charged, leaving his entrails all over his precious shrine. Man that felt great. Anyone play GTA IV and remember the guy outside of your second apartment...

    Conjuration

This happens to me most often when there's something on the floor that my zombie has to walk over, like if the floor is uneven at all or there's a weapon on the floor, the zombie will get stuck easily. If you've got a choice, go for the deado with a clear path to your foes; even then, they'll...

    Archery and destruction

I would favor archery over destruction for ranged attacks. You've got a better chance of remaining hidden when attacking more than one enemy if you do it with a bow. The baddies can hear your destruction attacks and if you don't one-shot-kill them, you can get in trouble real quick at lower...

    Do you use scrolls?

Ugh, yeah, they take forever! Also, they weigh .5 each and for something I never use - and hence forget I'm carrying - it's not worth it to lug 'em around to sell them. Nothing worse than when your prize for a mission is scrolls. I want to use them immediately - on the person who gave them...

    That awkward moment when...

That awkward moment when... You kill the other miner in Dawnstar (aka not Beitild) and the whole town turns on you. Swords, bows, etc from Draugr float in mid-air after you've killed them. You step on a shovel and fall through the floor. You shout "Marked For Death" just as Lydia steps...

    help!

They'll appear once you deal with the first one near Whiterun, all right, but the further you get in the story, the more frequently they appear/are spawned. So getting to at least Kynesgrove will ensure a fair number of dragons/souls available without being overwhelming for an assassin starting...

    help!

It's worth advancing the main quest a mission or two, like through Kynesgrove, in order to get Dragons to show up with a little more frequency. That way, you've got more than one way to get dragon souls. Aura Whisper and Throw Voice can be pretty handy for a thief/assassin!

Have anyone tried this, never to use fast travel or the wait button?

Since I've been reading this forum, a month or so, I've been fast traveling less and less and am now thinking of ditching altogether - I love Fallout's random encounters and running into the headless horseman reminded me a lot of those. You really get to notice a lot more of the game by doing...

    Whats your favorite weapon's name?

One thing I like is to keep renaming weapons across different characters, so a fire damage bow called "D a r k n e s s" is like an heirloom passed from one character to another. In a somewhat contradictory fashion, I'll have different versions of that weapon with the same name as I upgrade the...

    Question for PS3/Xbox/Console users..

If it wouldn't affect game performance, I would love to get some of the texture and lighting/general gfx improvements I've seen. Also, would love to at least be able to character edit on PS3 to have the ability to test out some builds/perks before putting in the time it would take to "earn" them.
