I used a program called Rainmeter, it lets you design skins and widgets to put on your desktop.

Sure thing - it's kind of a long list though, since I mixed up a bunch of themes:

- Analog clock: Sinister V.2.0

- Date & digital clock: Everyday

- System (the CPU, RAM, SSD, HDD display): 2befine

- Volume slider, music player, weather: CirctuousTwo

- Chronophage (the one that states the year, month, week and day): Elementary

- Notepad (hidden, but you can see the "show notes" under the date): NotesMini
