The items I buy the most are things like soul gems and ingots.
The things I sell the most have to be enchanted items, that I can't unenchant, and jewels.
Best and most entertaining build is defenetly unarmed. It doesn't do any damage at higher levels unless you use some exploits. Nothing like a good dental appointment or suplexing an orc.
In reality, it depends on play style and roleplaying or not. Both armor selections can reach the cap. It depends on what class your playing. If your a zerker you would want heavy armor, purely because it looks better. If your an assassin, you would want light, for obvious reasons. Plus...
On my first play through I used krosis the whole time. It was the first mask I found and I find it the most beneficial. On other playthroughs I don't use masks, there are better choices.
The empire has immortals on it's side. This is why Imperials are the best.
It's the same way for the stormcloak officers, though. The only thing the stormcloaks have us beat in is memes about themselves. Observe.
I feel like no one recognizes you by your titles. Everyone treats you like your a nobody. I killed alduin, run the college, and I'm the Listener. If anyone is the milk drinker here, it's you.
I heard somewhere that when you break a pick, the pick breaks in the direction you need to go. This works a lot for me, but I doubt that it is an "intended" function.

You could use only illusion kills. I did this a while ago and it entertained me for a while. You can only assassinate using illusion spells. The ones I found most useful were fury and illusion. Just make sure you aren't seen casting the spell or you'll get a 40 bounty. If you really want to use...
What is this skooma thing? Is that what the altmer drink now a days? Step it up, man. Redwater skooma is the way to go. Anything else and you might as well be as weak as the thalmor.

Lockpicking would be useless, lag would immense, and you could go where ever you wanted.
Personally I think your build is pretty good. Do you have the dragonborn dlc? If so you should take the perks out of speech. It's the most useless skill in the game without Lucan's 10000 gold glitch, imo.
Honestly, I don't think Bethesda could have done better with the DB storyline. It's the best and most immersive in the game. One thing I would like a change is the way you can kill targets. Like in the one quest where you kill the bride. I really liked at one because I didn't just have to stick...
