    If your finding the extra perks not worth their while and your having no problems with sneaking, i'd say you can live without them. Just my perception of what you wrote.

    The Thief stone at the start of the game will give a bonus to leveling it, add resting and just sneak through dungeons doing circles of monsters to level it and it should raise pretty quick. However, only do so if your wanting to power level it ^^

    Zori - I believe its not affected by bonus damage for Destruction HOWEVER it is affected by lowered magika costs.
