    MINORNE-- This charming Altmer Conjurer has a radiant level 7-40. Frost attacks then Shock depending on level. A tolerable moan but must be anchored for a permanent corpse. This NPC will only spawn if you have joined the Dawnguard faction and begun her related quest , Bolstering the Ranks.

    ^^Southfringe Sanctum as a base ? Have you anchored Pumpkin yet ? For suggested thralls it helps to know if you have any DLC. Both of them have a host of scaling NPC who will exceed thrall limit but are available to you at your current level.

    The framework of Skyrim should definitely appear in ES VI. Single player ,open-world , lore-friendly , loot heavy with a first person perspective option. Quests , factions , time period , and location tbd. Would a bug free game be too much to ask for? XBox One or PS4 for best glitch resistance ?
