Lydia went missing, she was right behind me.....
yeah... PCs, are pretty much NPCs sometimes... speaking of "Losing Lydia"... (should be a sticky) i was just running around in the extreme north of skyrim, on the oceans edge, actually, when i decided to take the leap off the rocks into the ice... of course, Lydia will not take the lovers...- Phate

i don't know how many times that i told Lydia to "wait here" and have gone on to do whatever it was that i was going to do... then couldn't find her... i have re-crawled so many caves looking for lydia because she has plops on her that i want... but, i am blind, so she is right there where i left...- Phate

BTW.. speaking of Lydia and killing dragons..... or, should i say, getting Lydia killed... or any other, for that matter... but Lyd because thats who i have... on several occasions we have been battling big bads.. such as: giants, mammoths, and dragons now, i am NOT going to go run headlong...- Phate

i've run into this as well.. no other problems with the companions otherwise.. but this guy is gonna get whacked.. of course, i'm going to look around more and see what else people have to say but, barring all else (like if i need him later), a dark corner, and a timely strike may be in order..- Phate
