well, after multiple posts/deletes and rewriting, here are my current characters (some changes were made for various reasons from the original ideas):
Name: Jurgarik Half-Troll
Race: Nord
Gender: Male (obviously)
Skills: One Handed (axes) Light armor, Smithing, Archery, Sneak, Alchemy.
Magicka/Health/Stamina spread: 1 health/2 stamina.
Backstory: Jurgarik Half-Troll was born in a small village in Cyrodiil. Jurgarik’s father was a soldier in the legion who joined the local guard for the village after he was released from legion service, and his mother ran a shop to help make ends meet. Jurgarik was trained in the same skills he was trained in during his time in the legion, as well as some extra skills from his father’s fellow guard. When he came of age, he decided to join the fighter’s guild based out of Bruma, impressing his father.
His time in the fighter’s guild was impressive. He did quite well defending the region from bandits and other problems. He even developed a kind of rivalry with an Orsimer named Thorzul Gro-Korma. The two would often be paired together, but always try to show the other up. During this time, Jurgarik learned to craft his own gear, and also developed a secret interest in crafting potions to help his fellow guild members. Life was at the time going great, and Jurgarik thought he had found his place in the guild.
Then, he received the worst kind of news. His home was burned to the ground by ‘bandits’, something he disputed immediately. He left to return to the remains of his home, where he saw the devastation for the first time. He remained there, living off the land, and protecting travelers who wandered near the village. Soon, he began to have dreams of a nord, on a mountain facing a vast cloud of darkness. He traveled to scholar, and found that the mountain in his dream was likely the throat of the world in skyrim. He left for skyrim, hoping to find the meaning of his dream.
Playstyle: sneak archery for first shot, then lower number with bow and arrow, kill close-quarters enemies with axes. Craft potions, armor, weapons and arrows. No using enchanted gear. Also werewolf gameplay viable.
Faction Choices: Companions and Dawnguard. Possibly thieves guild if I feel like do that.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Vivonne Sorick
Race: Breton
Gender: Female
Skills: Conjuration, Destruction (shock), Alteration, One Handed (base perk + fighting stance, bound sword), Alchemy, Enchanting
Magicka/Health/Stamina Spread: 2 magicka/1 health/1 stamina.
Backstory: Vivonne was a member of the Sorick noble family of Shornhelm. They became nobles when her ancestor, Malvina Sorick, saved the city during the Oblivion Crisis. Her parents, lord Aleron, and lady Eselde, taught her a lot about how to deal with other nobles and even common folk. Vivonne herself, however, preferred to spend her time reading and studying over talking and deal-making. This led her to learning magic from the court wizard. When her parents found out, they were quite upset, believing that magic is for the common folk, and not people in stations of the elite. They were convinced when the court wizard explained that Valessa was a bit help with some of the problems he was having. They let her study as the court wizard’s apprentice if Vivonne would at least go to a party or two occasionally.
Vivonne’s time as the court wizard’s apprentice was spent learning how to make potions, enchant items, and even how to summon creatures from outside Nirn. During this time Vivonne also met and fell in love with a young noble woman named Roselle Reynaux. The pair met at a party, and immediately hit things off, despite the fact that the Sorick and Reynaux families have a big rivalry against each other. Things were fine as the couple met in secret, so as to not alert their families, for a while. Soon, Roselle ended up going missing for a few days, and was found later on in the garden of the Sorick Estate. When Vivonne found out, she was devastated, revealing the relationship between her and Roselle.
Shortly thereafter, as Rumors abound the Shornhelm Court about the possible involvement of the Sorick family in the death of Roselle Reynaux, Vivonne noticed the court wizard acting strange. Doing some digging, Vivonne found out that the court wizard had abducted Roselle to use her in one of his little ‘experiments’, and was disgusted at the reveal. This cause Vivonne to turn to a darker nature. She ended up killing the court wizard, showing no remorse for getting vengeance (in her mind) for the woman she loved.
She was exiled by the king of Shornhelm, who took sympathy for what happened, but was angered by Vivonne taking the situation into her own hands, instead of showing the court the evidence to the court wizard’s crimes. During her exile, Vivonne met many people, including a Redguard mercenary named Tiela at-Aswala. Tiela taught Vivonne to use swords, though Vivonne was not interested in getting into melee combat. Things were going fine until the pair was attacked by a bosmer assassin. Vivonne got away, but Tiela was killed protecting Vivonne. Vivonne left Cyrodiil, where the pair met, and decided to travel north, to Skyrim and potentially some sense of solace.
Playstyle: summon an atronach or dremora, use destruction to weaken enemies. Finish with bound sword. Also make sure potions are in inventory, and clothes are enchanted. Wear commoner clothes, as she is an exiled noble, so it makes more sense.
Faction choices: College of Winterhold and Dawnguard (just because I do not like the vampire look). Maybe add Dark brotherhood should sneak be added as a skill.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Marius Vitellius
Race: Imperial
Gender: Male
Skills: One handed, Heavy Armor, Smithing (steel smithing, arcane blacksmith MAYBE dwarven smithing), Block, Destruction (fire), Restoration, Enchanting
Magicka/Health/Stamina spread: 1 magicka/2 health/1 stamina.
Backstory: Marius Vitellius does not have any memory of his parents. He was raised in the temple of the divines in Chorrol for as long as he could remember. His guardian, the primate of the temple raised him with a code of honor. He learned to read, write, and even heal others. He also felt the urge to learn the use of mace, shield and metal armor. He knew he could feel the power of the divines guiding him in his path. When he was old enough, he left the temple on a divine mission to remove evil from the land of Cyrodiil.
He served this calling well. Bandits were removed for attacking travelers, vampires purged from their feeding grounds, and necromancers driven from crypts and tombs. In between these missions, he visited local temples and shrines, seeking the divines aid and to give thanks for the divines setting him on this path. Things started to take a turn when he was sent to look into missing village girls.
His search led him to a cave, and a den of daedra worshippers. The worshippers were eating the girls, believing that such acts would make them stronger to take control of Cyrodiil from the emperor, Titus Mede. Marius killed most of the cult, but the leader, an altmer, managed to flee. Feeling like he had failed in his mission, Marius returned to the village to give them the news, then left on a pilgrimage to devote himself closer to the Divines that granted him the life he lives now, a pilgrimage that took him to the land of the nords, Skyrim, and to an adventure that he would never have dreamed of.
Playstyle: simply a mace/shield tank with flame cloak. Restoration for healing and dealing with the undead.
Faction choices: Dawnguard, possibly college of winterhold and the companions (remove lycanthropy)

Note: I use the Ordinator perk overhaul, so can't give a perk plan. Skills are just the ones I plan to look at/try to put effort into leveling up in terms of skill leveling.
