I got Oblivion a couple days ago and it has been a lot of fun so far. I would recommend buying it. I got my copy for $20 with Fallout 3. Arena is also a lot of fun, but it is a very different game from Skyrim!
When I fought him, he was glitched into the door. I had to just flame the door so that whenever a bit of hand poked through I damaged him, hopefully enough that I wouldn't have to sit there for half an hour.
I would say no for the Dawnbreaker, as it is still a Daedric artefact and Vigilants are Daedra hunters, not undead hunters. The Spellbreaker should be fine though, it's just a Dwarven shield.
Jeez, they're just followers. People don't get this heated IRL over who's their favourite friend, so why do they get into a frenzy over virtual people who carry your stuff?

The funny thing is the guard is pretty much yelling it out in public. Also, he's letting a mass murderer walk by without caring.
My little brother saved him by just charging in there swinging his weapons. He went straight for the headsman and Roggvir managed to escape in the confusion. Everyone still talked about what a tragedy his execution was though.
