My gpu is amd radeon hd 7600m and my CPU is intel(r) core(tm) i5-3210m cpu @ 2.50ghz with 4 GB of RAM

Skyrim for PC

Hey I just bought skyrim for my Windows 8, HP Pavillion G6. The game is almost unplayable. The screen keeps flashing and flickering and within 5 minutes the sound gets choppy. How do I fix this?
