Not really as a DLC release, but merely just an update to be released, kinda like how 1.6 was added pre-dawnguard.
I'd love the ability to choose where I sheath my one handed weapons.
I always saw how they would go to the side, and hated how they would go into my horse, or into my leg; but I loved how the 2H'rs would just be on the back; I'd love to be like Link with a One-Hander on my back, and while I'm at it have the shield go on the back as well, no point in holding a shield on my arm all day long.
This may of been suggested before, but it's been bugging me for awhile now...
