Crashing

Playing SSE (Xbox series X), whilst playing the Trial of Tinimac quest it requires the Ring of Phynaster which then starts the quest Relic of Phynaster. This requires me to collect the ring from Northwatch Keep, but every time I try to enter it the game completely crashes.

If anyone can help in anyway that would be greatly appreciated.

I have reorganised my load order, disabled and deleted some then all mods, cleared my Xbox cache and various other methods to sort issued but to no avail.
