Rulers: Queen Nakila Xeirdorus (Queen of Xeirdor)
Tun-Kai Xeirdorus (Brother of Queen Nakila, commander of the army during domestic affairs such as controlling the slave population and training)
Wanan-Ei Tibermus (commander of army in foreign affairs, also in charge of training spies/couriers [spies and couriers are one and the same])
Pajul Neethmesh (In charge of the making and inventing of weapons, poisons, and potions)
Province: North half of Black Marsh, South Eastern bit of Cyrodiil, Southern Morrowind
Kingdom Name and Emblem/Flag:
Xeirdor
History: It started as a prison riot. Nakila and her brother were locked up in the worst prison in Black Marsh, known as the Pit of Oblivion. It is there Nakila met Wanan-Ei and Pajul. The four of them, with Nakila in charge, overtook the prison, and pillaged nearby cities. All that were spared were turned into slaves, aside from beggars and thieves living on the street. They often joined the rioters, creating a fierce, vast army. After taking over half of Black Marsh and a small part of Cyrodiil, Nakila and her commanders returned to The Pit of Oblivion, tore it down, and built a palace, Hist of Oblivion, over the remains. A city sprung up around the palace, known as Xeirmus, whish became the kingdom's capitol. It is here spies and warriors are trained, along with a large number of slaves are traded.
After spending a few years rebuilding, Nakila once again decided to expand her empire, pushing north into Morrowind. Several battles took place, with the Xeirdor winning the majority of them. This was because the soldiers are trained to believe an honorable death in battle is far better than a shameful retreat home. So in most cases, every last warrior would have to be killed before the Dunmer could win a battle.
One famous battle was one led by Wanan-Ei, where he knew his side was losing. He and his soldiers pretended to surrender. Satisfied, the Dunmer began leading them back to the capitol to be sold as slaves. However, they did not get very far, because after the Dunmer had let their guard down, Wanan-Ei and his soldiers used their hidden weapons to kill many of the Dunmer troops before they even knew what had happened. They then took the remaining Dunmer as slaves.
As they pushed north, however, Nakila had little use for the ashen wasteland, so the Argonians ended their conquest and returned home to rebuild once again.
Loyalty: Xeirdor is an independent kingdom
Races: Mainly Argonian, however one in every five slaves is Dunmer. There are also trace populations of other races.
Religion/Culture: The Hist is worshiped by most of the population, however religion is not forced.
All citizens must serve at least 2 years in the army. Children are taken from their homes at age 7 to train for this servitude. The meaner, the better. Stealing is a common sport among these youngsters. Dying in battle is the greatest honor.
Initial stats: The slave population is three times that of the civilian population. This, along with many of the civilians once being jailbirds or thieves, is why the army must be so harsh. Most work of any kind is performed by slaves, with civilian overseers.
They have an extremely fierce army, but little to no navy. If hey do lose a battle, it may mean that every troop was killed, so a loss would put a serious dent in their force.
They trade anything from wine to jewels to Hist sap. The nation is not very rich, but with a large work force and that does not need pay, they earn money quickly.
Capital: Xeirmus
