My PC Can't Run Skyrim, I Need A Video Card, Right?

I've been told I have a good machine, and just need a good Video card to run games. I have integrated graphics.

Also, if thats the case, could someone recommend me a graphics card?

EDIT: Also, is my PC in general good for running games, or just average?
