Vale Horse by XazomnI on Skyrim Nexus. I came across this mod on the Nexus, and the author has expressed permission for anyone to take this and turn it into a full fledged separate mount mod (one that doesnt replace the Riften horses) so long as they are credited. I thought it would be a really cool, unique mount for players, especially if the glowing effect could be achieved. I have no modding experience myself. I figured noone has made it yet because it is not well known. It will not let me post a link (because I'm a new member and haven't been active) but the mod number at the end of the link is 75147
